Body Doubling + Self-Regulation

Sessions run Monday through Thursday & every other Sunday at 3:00-6:00pm MST

Middle school and high school students only

Three 15-minute Pomodoros + 5-minute break per hour

Students are taught to check in with themselves and practice self-regulatory techniques of either calming or alerting the body while on break

How Are Sessions Run?

  • Zoom will be in Focus mode so that the students can only see the session monitor
  • Chat features from student-to-student will be disabled

At the beginning of each session, the student will copy & paste these questions and their answers to the session monitor via the chat:

  1. What are you working on during this session?
  2. What will be your greatest challenge(s) during this session?
